Avenue to Close Settlement Services, founded in 2011, is a boutique real estate title and escrow company headquartered in Pittsburgh. The company’s founder and chief title agent, Ben Perrin, along with the company’s personal closing professionals conduct and coordinate our real estate closings. Avenue to Close services prestigious lenders, developers, real-estate agents, and home buyers throughout the state of Pennsylvania.
